In addition to traditional test development functions, the Center assists employers in managing employment discrimination lawsuits. Services include expert testimony, statistical analyses, validation studies, and document management.

The Center staff have extensive experience in litigation support activities. Our experience ranges from developing and defending valid selection or promotion procedures to serving as the court's expert or special master in employment-related litigation.
